The casino obtained its license in exchange of $3 million in licensing fees and 50% of its revenue from slots in taxes.

The casino obtained its license on October 13th and awaits the arrival of 516 slot machines within the next days. The providers of the slot machines are WMS Gaming, International Game Tech and Bally’s.

The facilities can hold up to 1,500 slot machines.

Mardi Gras Gaming & Racing Center received its license last month and Pompano Park and Dania Jai-Alai have also applied to obtain a slots license.
