“Our mobile games are increasingly popular” Slotland’s John Lancelet said. He also talked about the new public: “it’s not just our regular players that are switching to the mobile games. It’s people with cool mobile phones looking for something fun to do with them.”

Apparently, mobile games are introducing new players to traditional games: slot machines and video poker among others. Users with high – tech mobile phones enjoy being able to play slots on their mobiles. On whether regular online players switch to mobile devices, Slotland estimated only about 20% do so.

Treasure Box appeals to those that enjoy playing games of skill and strategy. The game is available in the WAP section of Slotland’s website, accessible from a phone’s browser. Players are now being given some pocket money to try the game.
