Grosvenor Casinos signs contract with Bally

Bally Technologies announced this week that Grosvenor Casinos, one of the most important casino operators in Europe, has selected Bally’s gaming solutions for its Room Connected to the Future in the Casino Grosvenor in Birmingham, England. Grosvenor will install the iVIEW interface in all the casino’s slot machines to create a unique experience for players.

The solution selected by Grosvenor Casinos includes a complete slots administration system with a ticket in/ ticket out system, accountability and reports system, player tracking and prizes system. The casino will use the iVIEW interactive screens for marketing and to improve the promotions program through the Bally Power Coupon.

Grosvenor Casinos also chose the gaming table classification in real time and the TableView tracking systems, to replace the current manual classification utility. This allows casinos to track, classify and reward gaming table players in the same way they reward slot machine players.
