This last Easter Holiday, Conrad Resort & Casino in Punta del Este, Uruguay, set the highest record of money delivered in one single day by the slot machines of its famous Casino. The total money given away to slots players reached over 1 million dollars.

Silvina Luna, Marketing manager for Conrad Punta del Este declared: “during the last Easter holiday, 45,915 people visited our Casino and a total of 1,328,772 dollars in cash prizes were delivered by our slots in a single day, setting up the highest record of money delivered in a single day by slots since our opening in 1997”. “Additionally, more than 3,300 visitors checked in our hotel throughout Easter holidays”, Luna added.

Conrad Punta del Este also had a record occupancy rate in February, reaching a 96%. For the over 500,000 people who visited the Casino, Conrad had several new attractions: King Kong Cash, Wild Race and more that 100 new games.

This 2007-2008 summer season, Conrad celebrates its first 10 years and organized over 55 events, including concerts, theatrical plays, boxing nights and a fantastic fireworks show on every Thursday night in January to celebrate the 100 years of Punta del Este.
